This add-on module improves communication between freight forwarders and ground handling agents through Web for Freight Forwarders and Skyline GHA system. FF WEB ensures seamless data exchange for shipments and orders and also provides access for customs officers and VET/PER users.

The module ensures efficient management of import/export orders, AWB tracking, and real-time communication with GHA. Freight forwarders can update and monitor shipments, while customs officers and sanitary services can ensure compliance and manage regulations.

By utilizing your personal account, you can seamlessly access the application to monitor the progress of your shipment processing, whether on the export or the import side. Within the application, you'll have the convenience of requesting supplementary services such as storage, remeasurement, shipment repacking, or arranging for pick‑up or delivery. FF also has the possibility to add clearance number or print POD.
